IN THIS LESSON
Overview
Seeing homes in person is when the process starts to feel real. Online photos rarely tell the whole story — showings let you experience the flow of the house, the neighborhood, and details that don’t make it into a listing. My role is to help you see beyond the staging and focus on whether the property truly fits your goals.
Behind the Scenes
I schedule and coordinate showings so we maximize time and avoid overlapping with other buyers when possible.
I’ll evaluate resale value, potential red flags, and property condition as we walk through.
I’ll keep your top priorities front and center — reminding you of what’s most important when emotions kick in.
Key Points
Take notes and photos during each showing so you can compare later.
Pay attention to layout, natural light, neighborhood feel, and major systems (roof/HVAC/windows).
If a home seems perfect, we may need to move quickly to secure a showing before it’s gone.
Tip: Remember, my job is to be honest with you — sometimes that means advising against making an offer if a property doesn’t truly align with your needs.
