IN THIS LESSON

Overview
Seeing homes in person is when the process starts to feel real. Online photos rarely tell the whole story — showings let you experience the flow of the house, the neighborhood, and details that don’t make it into a listing. My role is to help you see beyond the staging and focus on whether the property truly fits your goals.

Behind the Scenes

  • I schedule and coordinate showings so we maximize time and avoid overlapping with other buyers when possible.

  • I’ll evaluate resale value, potential red flags, and property condition as we walk through.

  • I’ll keep your top priorities front and center — reminding you of what’s most important when emotions kick in.

Key Points

  • Take notes and photos during each showing so you can compare later.

  • Pay attention to layout, natural light, neighborhood feel, and major systems (roof/HVAC/windows).

  • If a home seems perfect, we may need to move quickly to secure a showing before it’s gone.

Tip: Remember, my job is to be honest with you — sometimes that means advising against making an offer if a property doesn’t truly align with your needs.
