Since 2014, I’ve worn a few names in real estate — from Really Real Agents, Really Real Realtors, and Really Real Real Estate to Next Level Team, Kacie & Nicole Team, and Everyday Realtor. Each chapter taught me something about leadership, growth, and grit. After building brands, managing teams, and navigating the chaos of brokerage life, I found my way back to what I love most: working directly with clients.

That’s when IN Real Estate came to life — named for what my clients have always known: It’s Nicole.

Now, after more than a decade in the industry, I serve Oxford, Anniston, Jacksonville, Talladega, and surrounding East Central Alabama, helping clients with residential homes and commercial properties. Behind every brand name, one truth has always stayed the same: I’m committed, creative, and all in for my clients.

About Me

🐾 A Little About Me

I’m a mom to two amazing teenagers — plus a handful of “bonus kids” who practically live at my house and keep life fun and loud. Add in five dogs, two cats, and one very spoiled hedgehog, and let’s just say my home is full of heart (and fur). I like to joke that I own a farm, but truthfully, I just have a soft spot for anything with paws.

That same heart carries into my work. I’m protective like family — my rule is simple: if I wouldn’t sell it to my sister, I won’t sell it to you. (And yes, I’m talking about the sister I like — just kidding, I’ve got two fantastic ones, and I love them both.)

I’m known for creative marketing, out-of-the-box ideas, and the kind of hustle that turns “unique” listings into success stories.

Whether it’s a one-of-a-kind home or a higher-end commercial space, I’m not afraid of a challenge. I think outside the box, use every tool tech has to offer, and keep learning every day — because the market never stops evolving, and neither do I. My clients know I don’t just put up a sign and hope. I market intentionally, stay ahead of trends, and keep testing new strategies and fresh ideas — pushing boundaries in ways others might not consider.

That’s what makes me different. I work hard, think bigger, and never settle for “good enough.”

A Little Deeper

I’ve been in real estate since 2014, and if you’ve been around a while, you’ve probably seen my name attached to a few different brands over the years — Really Real Agents, Really Real Realtors, Really Real Real Estate, Next Level Team, Kacie & Nicole Team, Everyday Realtor… and probably a few more I’m forgetting.

Every one of those chapters taught me something — how to lead, how to build, how to run a business, how to read people, and honestly, how not to run myself into the ground. I co-owned teams, helped build brands, and learned the behind-the-scenes operations most agents never touch. It was messy, fun, stressful, and valuable all at once.

But through all of that evolution, one thing never changed:

How I show up for my clients.

I’ve always been the agent who cares too deeply and won’t quit on a deal. I’m the one awake at midnight running backup plans… all the backup plans. I don’t “wait and see” — I solve problems before they hit the surface. I don’t sell because of luck — I sell because I outwork most people, period.

My loyalty to my clients has been the one steady line from day one to today. That’s what shaped every brand I was a part of, and today it’s led me to build a name that reflects exactly who I am and how I work — It’s Nicole, and IN Real Estate stands for just that: It’s Nicole Real Estate.

This brand is about how people know me: straightforward, protective, creative, proactive, and all-in.

I’m passionate about helping people — whether that’s guiding families through their next move, helping sellers position their home strategically, or mentoring new agents so they don’t feel lost in this industry.

Real estate is my lane. It’s where I thrive. And it’s where I’ve stayed consistent no matter what the business card said at the time.

  • Definitely chocolate I don’t drink coffee at all! I hate the flavor of any kind!

  • I love lots of food and I can’t say I have a favorite right now! Although I enjoy a bowl of chicken Ramon Noodles, that is definitely my comfort food.

  • Ironically my hobby is marketing. I love learning about new marketing strategy, graphics, and all of the new technology. So even my enjoyment time is spent in the Real Estate field and helping other achieve their goals.
