“Clear to Close” means underwriting has approved everything and the closing disclosure is ready. At this point, you’re almost at the finish line.

Behind the Scenes

  • The lender issues a final Closing Disclosure (CD) at least 3 days before closing.

  • I’ll review it with you to confirm the numbers are correct.

  • We’ll do a final walkthrough of the home within 24 hours of closing.
