There are currently no vacancies. Each apartment is nearly identical with the same finishes and layout. Move-In Requirements
- First month’s rent and last month’s rent due upfront
- $750 security deposit
- No pets permitted
- No smoking allowed
Rental Requirements
- 1-year lease required
- Income must be at least 3x rent
- Background and credit check required
- Minimum credit score of 640
Barry Townhomes
These townhomes will be available for showing the first week of April. They are currently being completed, so not all units may be available for viewing. Each unit will be nearly identical with similar finishes and layout.
